just read bout this and lil bit freakin me out hahaha! coz i'm including people who sit more than 6 hours a day :p
the headline was :
BEWARE! SIT TOO LONG, SHORTEN OUR AGE! olala!
reported that if we sit too long, it'll caused Obesity, Heart Attack and DEATH... even, you are a typical woman/man who often do exercise, it will give the same effect...
So, Try to make a lot of moves as possible as you can , or stretch your body every 30 mins ....
ps. i did stretch sometimes (read:at the office Toilet haha! lucky me my office toilets are very clean :p )
